Quality Management
General requirement
1. QGM Quality Management System as per ISO90012000, identifying manufacture, sale, etc processes, making sure that all processes cooperate and coordinate well.
2. In order to ensure the efficient running and control of quality management system, QGM compiles relevant program file and operation instructions, criterion for it.
3. In order to ensure the efficient running and monitor of these processes, QGM has necessary manpower, equipment, facilities and relevant information.
4. In order to monitor, measure and analyze the running process of our quality management system, QGM carries out necessary measures to realize the continuous improvement of structure.
Document requirement
QGM establishes and keeps certain quality management system documents according to the manufacture process and features of our products.
Documents included are:
1. QUALITY BROCHURE compiled according to the quality guideline and quality aim.
2. DOCUMENT CONTROL PROGRAM, NOTE CONTROL PROGRAM, INTERNAL AUDIT PROGRAM, REJECT CONTROL PROGRAM, PREVENTATIVE MEASURE CARRYING OUT PROGRAM, etc.
Focus on Customers
QGM Quality Management System focuses on customers, ensuring that customers requirement of communication and service is satisfied. Duties:
1. The general manager should aim to satisfy the customers, ensuring that the requirement is considered.
2. Marketing department is responsible for communication with customers, service and collecting information.
Work content:
1. General Manager aims to satisfy customers, establishes a quality management system focused on customers, ensures that customers requirement is considered and satisfied.
2. General Manager studies customers requirement carefully and get them embodied while making quality guideline and quality aim for the enterprise.
3. Marketing Department should study carefully and understand customers requirement for quality.
4. On the basis of understanding customers requirement, together with the strength of the enterprise, make out products quality standard which also complies with the requirement of the line.
